I’ll never forget the first time I was lucky enough to find The Caring Kitchen. I was a year into keto, and getting discouraged because I didn’t have time to make all the things I wanted, and I just graduated culinary school. I was sad there was so many bakeries and no desserts out there that were keto that I could order, and actually tasted good. I think I ordered one of everything the first couple times, including cheesecake, all kinds of delicious cookies, pies, blondie bars, donuts, and salted caramel. I was blown away. I remember sharing some with my husband and daughter and they couldn’t believe it was all keto and tasted soo good! Delaney is a master in her field at getting those flavors on point, and I can’t praise her enough.
